Collaborative community creation
My goal is to help you develop two types of communities, internal and external. Internal communities are designed so that your company can effectively share knowledge and collaborate to reduce inefficiencies (such as wasted time spent searching for information). External communities are focused on building relationships between your company and your consumers and can help with anything from increasing brand awareness to helping impact the bottom line.
Education and training
I offer a half day, full day, or multi-day training and education sessions. Sessions can include anything from selecting and understanding how to use various social business tools to understanding how to evaluate future social business opportunities that your company might consider pursuing. I strive to can also educate you on how to measure ROI and impact from your social business investments.
Reputation management and monitoring
Our first step is to select a listening platforms that we can use to monitor the online conversations that are taking place around your brand and your competitors. I will constantly monitor the online space for relevant conversations and report any changes in sentiment or attitude towards your company or your competitors. My process for managing your reputation is simple: benchmark, listen, respond, engage, measure, and adapt.
